About the Role: Groove Media, a dynamic leader in digital content and technology, is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy.
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our users.
- Act as a primary liaison between stakeholders and teams, communicating customer needs and translating them into new product features for the team to design.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
- Organizational and time management skills.
